"The Trial" $119 • 3 visits • 3 Personal Training Sessions with a Coach. Sessions will be used to assess your current fitness level and movement capabilities and develop them. These 60 minutes sessions are appointment based. A coach will reach out to you to find the right times for you around your schedule. All fitness levels are welcome!

This is a great way to prepare for Personal Training, Youth Personal Training or Class Memberships.
