Personal Training in a small group setting available for Adults and Youth (12-17yo). Individualized workouts, by appointment at half the cost of traditional Personal Training.

Kinotek Assessments use 3D Motion Analysis with state of the art technology. Set up an appointment to have your motion scanned and receive your Movement Quality Report Card. Kinotek Assessments come included with "The Trial" and Training Memberships.
