Youth Training Program (Middle School) $29 per classPlans available from $199No purchase required to enroll

Tailored to athletes 11-14 years old with a focus on the long term approach and helping them build a solid foundation before heading into their high school years. We understand the demand and compete level of middle school sports now and this program is geared towards helping athletes gain that advantage not only at the middle school level, but as they transition to the higher levels of their sport(s). The program will focus on speed and agility development and build the foundation by grooving movement patterns that will be required at the next level and beyond. This is a very critical time for establishing athleticism, reducing the risk of injuries, and keeping them conditioned.

$199 per Month (8 sessions) or $550 for a 12 week Season Pass

Tailored to athletes 15-18 years old and focuses on developing speed, agility, strength, power and athleticism while reducing the risk of injury. This is a very detailed approach to helping athletes break away from their competition. We will combine speed development with strength, power and conditioning to help athletes maximize their potential and reach new heights of their sport(s).

Tailored to athletes 7-10 years old and set up to build the foundation
for a long, healthy, and successful athletic career. The program will
work to improve speed, agility, and the mechanics of young
athletes while reducing the risk of injury. At Seacoast Strength, we
believe that keeping our training sessions fun and exciting will set
the groundwork for the kids to enjoy and understand the benefits of
strength and conditioning as they continue to grow.
