Personal Training in a small group setting available for Adults and Youth (12-17yo). Individualized workouts, by appointment at half the cost of traditional Personal Training.
Private Training $99 per appointment From $40 per visit with "The Trial" pass No purchase required to enroll
Private Training Sessions are 60 minute 1-on-1 Sessions available by appointment with a Coach.

MetEx Class $20 per class From $5 per visit with $5 First Class pass No purchase required to enroll
Metabolic Express (MetEx) is a 45-minute small group fitness class designed to improve your Metabolic Conditioning helping members lose body fat, gain strength, and improve their overall fitness.
Kinstretch $25 per class From $15 per visit with 10 Class Pass pass No purchase required to enroll
